Ozan is an Assistant Professor at the Database Systems Group, Faculty of Computer Science, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
Ozan holds a PhD and an MSc from the Dresden University of Technology in computer science and a BSc in mathematics. In the past, he has been an assistant professor at the University of Trento, Department of Mathematics. Before this appointment, he has been a researcher at the Microsoft Research – University of Trento Centre for Computational and Systems Biology and a research associate at Imperial College. He has also spent time as a visiting researcher at the CNRS-Sorbonne, Observatoire Océanologique de Banyuls sur Mer and LORIA, INRIA Nancy. He has been a reviewer for numerous international journals across a spectrum of pure, applied and interdisciplinary topics.

Julien Corman is an assistant professor at the KRDB group of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
His research interests include ontology-based data access, constraint languages over graph databases, and linear algebra over semirings. His experience of Java development include contributions to the Ontop project and the SHACL2SPARQL validation engine.
He will teach lab B.
